Comscie280  is very important to our Life. because he Know how to build System if it is Better, faster, cheaper, Reliable, maintainable, extensible.and he know also about Evaluating and comparing system like Performance, Bahavior, security, Compliance, Usability.

Comscie280 is an explanatory activity to our self, now and in the future to whoever has to read your code. To compiler, which has to make it run.
